What if the ski boots don’t fit?
If the provided boots don’t fit, you can exchange them for free at a partner store. Bindings will be adjusted accordingly.
Do I have to pay extra for this service?
Despite our personalized delivery, our prices are the same or lower than most local rental shops, with no extra charges for the added service.
What’s included in the rental package?
All ski rental packages include skis, boots, poles, helmet, delivery, pickup, and necessary adjustments during the rental period. Prices vary depending on whether you choose just skis/snowboard or a full set.
Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver directly to your hotel, usually the evening before your booking. Check our partner hotels list for more details. Delivery to other accommodations (AirBnBs, apartments) is available upon request.
How is my equipment selected?
